How Pickup Works
Three simple steps
PACK YOUR
PARCEL
Ensure your items are securely packed, the box is sealed, and that the package is ready for pickup.
PUT YOUR
BOX OUTSIDE
Place your box outside your door (or at the designated pickup spot) the night before or on the morning of the pickup date.
PICKUP
TIME!
Once we have arrange your pickup, a courier will collect your package and bring it to our warehouse.
The pickup is via a local courier service
You can decide the pickup date, but no exact time
Pickup typically arrives at our warehouse within 1–3 business days (depending on the pickup location)

Pickup Rules
Our pickup service is designed to make shipping simple and convenient.
Please review the guidelines below before scheduling your collection.
⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We only pickup from locations in South Korea to our warehouse for international shipment.
We do not offer standalone local pickup.Free pickup is only available in the Seoul area.
All items must be packed in a box by the sender, the courier only pickup boxes.
If the sum of the volumetric weight or actual weight exceeds 25kg or 160cm,
an additional ₩10,000 will be added (same for Seoul, Jeju and remote areas).
🚫 Missed or Failed Pickup
If your parcel is not ready for collection, you must reschedule by contacting our customer support.
A 5,000 KRW fee applies per missed or failed pickup.
❌ Cancellation After Pick Up
If you decide to cancel your shipment after the pickup, please contact our customer support.
A cancellation fee of 5,000 won will be charged.
You have two return options:
1️⃣ Warehouse Pickup: You can collect your items from our warehouse within 7 days after cancellation.⚠️ After 7 days has passed, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
2️⃣ Return Shipping: We will send the items back to you, but you must pay the return shipping fee.
