Prohibited Items

The prohibited items listed below (or any items similar in description or content) are
strictly forbidden in any shipment using HaeTek’s services due to laws and
regulations. Please note that additional prohibited items may
apply depending on the destination country.

Remember, as the sender, you are responsible for the contents of your shipment.
If you are sending a shipment on behalf of someone else, always inspect the
contents yourself, as you may face charges if prohibited items are included.

If your shipment contains prohibited items, it will be canceled and returned to you
with no refund. Customs may seize your shipment and take further action
as necessary. HaeTek is not liable for any customs or clearance fees.

Including prohibited items in your shipment will result in the entire shipment
not being covered by insurance in the event of damage or loss.
